What people ask us

If your question isn't here, call the front desk or come in for a tour.

What memberships does The Foundry Cowork offer?

Hot desk, Dedicated desk and Ten-day pass. Prices, trial lengths and what each one includes are on the memberships page — see the memberships.

How do I join?

Choose a membership on the memberships page and sign up online. Or book a tour first and join afterwards at the front desk.

Can I try the space before committing to a membership?

Book a tour to see the mill and meet the front desk team, or take out a Ten-day pass to work from a hot desk first. See the memberships for details.

Is the internet fast enough for video calls?

Every desk and meeting room runs on fibre broadband, so video calls and large file transfers aren't a problem.

Is there somewhere private to take a call?

Yes. There are phone booths on every floor, so you don't need to step outside or book a meeting room for a quick call.

Can I book a meeting room?

Meeting rooms are available at The Foundry Cowork. See the meeting rooms page for what's on offer and the memberships page for how booking works.

Is someone always at the front desk if I need help?

Yes, the front desk is staffed during opening hours, so there's always someone on hand for post, visitors or questions.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Pausing and cancelling terms depend on the membership you choose. See the memberships for the full details before you join.

Is there a contract?

Contract lengths vary by membership. See the memberships page for the terms of each one.

What are your opening hours?

The Foundry Cowork is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.
